Registration

Webhooks allow you to receive processed transcript and summary of the call once processing is complete. You can provide your webserver URL, and ComsWise will send a JSON payload to that server.

Purpose

The primary purpose of the webhook is to push data to your system automatically, avoiding the need for you to constantly poll our API for updates.

Steps

1. Log in to the ComsWise Console.
2. Navigate to Settings > Webhooks.
3. Enter your Endpoint URL (e.g., https://your-api.com/webhooks/comswise).
4. (Optional) Copy the Signing Secret to verify requests.
5. Click Save Changes and toggle the Enabled switch to ON.

Viewing Logs

You can view the history of all sent webhooks, including their success/failure status and response codes, in the Webhook Deliveries section. This is the best place to debug issues.

Testing

You can use a service like Beeceptor to test payloads before integrating with your actual server. It provides an easier interface for inspecting incoming webhooks.
